颅脑转移瘤的CT特征

目的：探讨CT图像中脑转移瘤周围低密度区的特征在临床诊断中的价值及意义。方法：对45例脑转移瘤分析。其中男性34例，女性11例，年龄21～69岁；临床有症状38例，无症状7例；头颅常规法扫描，均行平扫加增强扫描。结果：脑转移瘤CT瘤周低密度表现分为：肿瘤结节伴肿瘤水肿型多见(21例)，肿瘤环状强化伴肿瘤周围水肿型次之(17例)，混合型较少(7例)。结论：根据CT图像中肿瘤周围低密度水肿的特征中水肿产生多少的反映，在脑转移瘤诊断、鉴别诊断中有重要意义。

The CT features of brain metastasis

Objective:To explore the value and significance of clinical diagno sis about features of low-density areas around brain metastasis in CT ima ges.Methods:45 patients (34 males and 11 females, age from 21 to 69 years old ) were eligible for analysis. 38 patients had clinical syndromes and 7 didn't ha ve. Each patient's brain was scanned before and after enhancement in the common way.Results:There were four types of f eatures in low-density areas around brain metastasi s. The type of tumor nodes and dropsy is the most (21 patients). The type of mix ture is the least (7 patients).Conclusion: Features of low-density areas around brain metastasis in CT images reflect sev e rity of brain dropsy, which have significance and value in clinical diagnosis an d differential diagnosis of brain metastasis.
