生物反馈疗法对胃镜下消化性溃疡复发率的影响

①目的探讨生物反馈疗法时胃镜（vidioendoscope）下消化性溃疡复发率的影响，评价心理治疗对消化性溃疡的价值。②方法将100例活动期／A（包括A1、A2）期胃溃疡患者随机分为A（常规治疗组）和B（生物反馈组）两组，分别治疗6周，这到瘢痕期／S（包括S1、S2）期者即停止任何治疗后，每月查胃镜1次，共观察1年，分别记录两组的复发例数及复发率。③结果1年内复发率，B组明显低于A组，两组之间比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。④结论心理因素与消化性溃疡的关系不容忽视，重视心理治疗，可以有效地降低消化性溃疡的复发率，更好地改善溃疡的愈合质量。

Effects of biofeedback on peptic ulcer recur rate under gastroscope

Objective To research the effect of biofeedback on peptic ulcer recur rat under gastroscope and evaluate the value of psychotherapy on peptic ulcer. Methods One hundred gastric ulcer cases during active period were randomly divided into two group：A group（routine treatment group） and B group（ biofeedback group）, after six- week treatment, the cases in scar period were stopped treatment and made one gastroscope inspection per a month for a year,and recur cases and recur rates in both group were recorded. Results The recur rate of one year in B group was lower than that in A group, and there was significant difference between A group and B group（ P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Psychological treatment can reduce the recur rate of peptic ulcer effectually and improve the concrescence of peptic ulcer.
