单克隆抗体ELISA法快速诊断疱疹性脑炎

本文用单纯疱疹病毒单克隆抗体（ＨＳＶ－ＭｃＡｂ）ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了１２８例病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液中ＨＳＶ特异性抗原（ＨＳＶ—Ａｇ），２０例其他神经系统疾患也作了测定，３２例脑炎患儿同时取脑脊液和血清作ＨＳＶ—ＩｇＧ抗体水平测定比较，病毒性脑炎患儿的ＨＳＶ－Ａｇ阳性检出率为１９．５％，与血清／脑脊液的ＨＳＶ－ＩｇＧ测定比较，敏感性８４．６％，特异性９４．７％。用ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测脑脊液中ＨＳＶ－Ａｇ是一种简便、快速、敏感、特异的方法，对疱疹性脑炎具有早期诊断价值。

Rapid detection of Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) Antigen in CSF by Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay

This paper reports the use of monoclonal antibodies by ELISA for detecting HSV specific antigen in CSF of children with viral encephalitis. CSF specimens of 148 patients with central nervous disorders were collected in Shanli Children's Hospital. 25 of 128 patients with viral encephalitis were positive for HSV antigen in CSF.In addition, 20 patients with bacterial meningitis and other central nervous disorders were all negative for HSV antigen in CSF except cue patient who had titers of 1:6400/1:160 detected anti-HSV antibody in serum/CSF collected from one week after onset of the illness.the ratio of serum/CSF was 40; this case was considered to be related with HSV infection.The positive rate for detecting HSV antigen in CSF of ercephalitis was 19.5%, while positive results could be obtained within two days after clinical onset.If compared detecting anti-IgG antibody in serum/CSF with detecting HSV antigen in CSF of the 32 patients with viral encephalitis,the sensitivity and specificity were 84. 6% and 94.7% respectively.It is a rapid,simple and sensitive method for detecting HSV antigen in CSF with herpes encephalitis.
