定期牙周洁治对药物性牙龈增生术后复发的影响

目的 观察定期进行牙周洁治对使用环胞素A导致的牙龈增生且已行牙龈切除术的患者,术后复发情况的影响.方法 选取环胞素A导致的牙龈增生并行牙龈切除术的患者10例,男4例,女6例,在未停药的情况下定期复查.患者按复诊情况分为2组:第1组患者5人,每3个月复诊,给予牙周洁治;第2组患者5人,未能按时复诊,未予治疗,2组患者分别于半年、1年、＞1.5年记录牙龈增生指数、菌斑指数、牙石指数、出血指数和探诊深度.结果 半年时,2组牙龈增生发生率无显著性差异(P＞0.05),1年和＞1.5年时,第2组较第1组牙龈增生复发位点及复发率明显增高,有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 定期牙周洁治对于预防和减轻环胞素A导致的牙龈增生术后复发疗效明显.

Clinical effect of supragingival scaling on the recurrence of drug-induced gingival overgrowth

Objective To evaluate the effect of supragingival scaling on the recurrence of cyclosporine-A(CsA)-induced gingival overgrowth after surgical removal.Methods Ten patients with CsA-induced gingival overgrowth after surgical removal were included in the study.Five patients with 183 gingival points were assigned to an experimental group and treated with supragingival scaling every 3 months.Another 5 patients with 168 gingival points were assigned to a control group without any treatment.The bleeding index(BI),plaque index(PLI),calculus index(CI),pocket depth(PD) and gingival hyperplasia index(GHI) of the two groups were recorded and analyzed on the baseline,6 months,12 months and 18 months.Results On 6 months,there was no significant difference in the gingival overgrowth between the two groups(P>0.05).However,on 12 and 18 months,the gingival overgrowth were significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Supragingival scaling is effective in preventing recurrence of drug-induced gingival overgrowth after surgical treatment.
