STAT3信号传导通路与胃癌关系研究进展

[目的]综述STAT3信号传导通路与胃癌发生发展关系的研究进展.[方法]查阅近10年来的相关文献并进行归纳总结,从 STAT3信号传导通路对胃癌形成、发展及转移等方面对其进行整理分析.[结果]STAT3信号传导通路与胃癌的关系是近期国内外学者的研究热点,研究发现STAT3信号传导通路与胃癌有着密切的联系,参与了胃癌增殖分化、凋亡等的调控且与胃癌的侵袭转移等密切相关.[结论]STAT3信号传导通路与胃癌关系的不断揭示对胃癌的防治工作有着重要的意义,该通路可能成为今后胃癌诊治的重要突破口,同时对以STAT3为靶点的抗肿瘤药物研发进展具有积极的促进作用.但该通路的复杂性及胃癌发生发展的多因素调控性,我们仍需进行更深入的研究.

Research Progress on the Relationship between STAT3 Signaling Pathways and Gastric Cancer

[Objective] To summarize the research development of the relationship between the STAT3 signaling pathways and gastric cancer.[Method] Generalize the related literature in recent 10 years,and summarize the relationship on the impact of the STAT3 signal pathways to the formation and development of gastric cancer.[Result] The relationship between STAT3 signaling pathways and gastric cancer is the recent research focus of scholars at home and abroad,the study finds that STAT3 signaling pathway is closely related with gastric cancer.The signaling pathways is involved in the proliferation differentiation and apoptosis of gastric carcinoma and is closely associated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.[Conclusion] Continuonsly revealing the relationship between STAT3 signaling pathways and cancer of the stomach has important significance to the prevention and treatment of gastric cancer,the pathway may be an important breakthrough of diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer in the future and may work as a positive role in promoting the research on the STAT3 as targets of anti-tumor drugs.We need an indepth study because of the the complexity of the signaling pathways and the macro-control occurrence on the development of gastric cancer.
