羽毛球运动所致眼外伤的临床分析

目的 探讨羽毛球运动致眼外伤的临床特点和治疗预防措施.方法 对4年来因羽毛球运动致眼外伤在我院住院的56例（61只眼）进行回顾性研究,分析其受伤情况、临床表现、伴随症状、治疗方法及随诊情况.结果 羽毛球运动致眼外伤男性患者明显多于女性,25 ～ 35岁者居多.闭合性眼外伤占主导比例（88.52％）,羽毛球致伤者占59.02％,拍子致伤者占40.98％.就诊时眼部损伤以眼前段为主,其中前三位是前房积血（73.77％）、眼压升高（49.18％）、外伤性瞳孔散大（44.26％）.治疗后视力提高明显,致盲率就诊时为29.51％,治疗后为11.48％.随诊12 ～ 36个月,远期并发症主要有：眼压升高、瞳孔散大、角膜白斑等.结论 羽毛球运动致眼部外伤以知识分子常见,中青年男性患者为主,受伤情况较一般机械性眼外伤轻,及时诊治可获得较好的视力;应采取必要的防护措施以降低此类眼外伤的发生.

Clinical analysis of ocular injuries caused by badminton

Objective To investigate the clinical features and preventive measures of ocular trauma caused by badminton. Methods Retrospective review of 56 cases （61 eyes） with ocular trauma caused by badminton. The causative agent, clinical manifestation, associated symptoms, treatment and follow-up were analyzed. Results There were more male patients than female ones in ocular trauma related with badminton. Most patients aged 25 - 35 years old. The major type of injury was close globe injury （88.52%） , of which injury by badminton accounted for 59.02% and injury cansed by racket accounted for 40.98%. The feature of clinical manifestation was anterior segment injury, the most common of which were hyphema （73.77%）, high intraocular pressure （49.18%） and traumatic mydriasis （44.26%）. The visual acuities improved in all cases after treatment. The rate of blindness was 29. 51% before treatment and 11.48% at the last follow-up. The follow up was 12 -36 months. The long term complications were high intraocular pressure, mydriasis and leukoma. Conclusion Ocular trauma caused by badminton mostly occurs in middle aged and educated male patients, which is usually milder than ordinary mechanical ocular injury. The prognosis of vision is good after timely treatment and some preventive measures can avoid the occurrence of ocular trauma.
