中医药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘研究进展

[目的]探讨中医药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的研究进展,总结中医药治疗本病的优势及不足。[方法]选取相关文献,探究近年来中医药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘在辨证论治规律、疗效机理等方面的进展,分析总结其疗效及优势,并对临床科研中存在的不足予以评析。[结果]中医药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘多从肺脾肾角度出发,从实论治,予清肺化痰、宣肺化痰,健脾化湿等法,从虚论治,予益气固表,养阴润肺、培土生金、健脾益气、补益肺肾诸法,临床获效颇佳,相关临床研究取得进展,但也存在不足,有待完善。[结论]中医药治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效良好,相关临床研究展现出明显优势,同时在临床研究的规范性等方面有提升潜力。

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Children with Cough Variant Asthma

[Objective] This paper is to evaluate the progress of Chinese medicine treatment of children with cough variant asthma and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of this disease. [Method] The relevant reports on Chinese medicine treatment of children with cough variant asthma in the rule of syndrome differentiation and treatment, progress effect mechanism were investigated, the effect and advantages were analyzed and summarized, and the problems in clinical study evaluation were also analyzed. [Result] The Chinese medicine treating pediatric cough variant asthma was mostly based on the perspective of the lung, spleen and kidney. For the excess syndrome, therapies like clearing lung and eliminating phlegm, ventilating the lung and resolving phlegm, invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness were adopted. For the deficiency syndrome, unifying qi and strengthening exterior, nourishing yin of the lung, strengthening earth to generate metal, strengthening the spleen and replenishing qi, replenishing the lung and kidney were adopted. Clinical research has made progress, but there are drawbacks to be improved.[Conclusion]Curative effects of Chinese medicine treating pediatric cough variant asthma were proved, and clinical studies showed obvious advantages, at the same time in such aspects as the standardization of the clinical research had the potential to improve.
