| 摘 要： | 对中药复方＂少儿咳喘冲剂＂进行了药效学研究。结果表明，给予少儿咳喘冲剂不同剂量对由枸橼酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽有不同程度的镇咳作用，使咳嗽潜伏期明显延长，咳嗽频率减慢；对乙酰胆碱和组胺混合液所诱发的豚鼠哮喘有明显的抑制作用，能明显延长引喘潜伏期及减少因呼吸困难窒息而跌倒的动物数。

| Abstract: | Antiasthmatic action of shaoerkechuan granule was studied.The experimental results showed that it possessed significantly antitussive and antiasthmatic effets on guinea pigs.Shaoerkechuan granule can obviously prolong the latent poriod and decrease the incidence of durg-induced cough greatly inhibit the episode of asthma induced by histamine and acetylcholine in guinea pigs,delay the asthmatic latent period,attenuat expiratory dyspnea. |
