摘    要:
用正交函数分光光度法可以同时消除尼泊金和基质的干扰,简单、快速地测定抗癌药物新剂型—多相脂质体口服三号中氟尿嘧啶的含量。经实验表明,选择二次正交多项式(j=2),波长点数N=7,波长间隔△λ=1nm,中间波长λm=265.5nm时,测定准确度最高,适用于一般常规分析。

Abstract:
This paper reports a spectrophotometric determination method of fluorouracilum in polyphase liposome using orthogonal polynomials. In this method the samples need no separating,and fluorouracilum content can be directly determined.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.Experiments have indicated that the second order orthogonal polynomials are desirable. The coefficient b_2 is calculated with wavelength intervals at lnm and medial wavelength at 265.5nm.
