| 摘 要： | 目的:考察消疣液的镇痛止痒、抗炎消肿的功效。方法:通过两种疼痛模型、两种炎症模型和一种致痒模型,对消疣液进行药效学实验研究。结果:消疣液能明显提高热板法致小鼠的痛阈,减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数;明显减轻二甲苯致小鼠耳部的炎症肿胀;有效抑制角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖的急性炎症;提高豚鼠对磷酸组织胺的致痒阈等。结论:消疣液具有镇痛、止痒、抗炎、消肿作用,为临床应用提供了实验依据。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the function of xiao-you liquid in relieving pain and itch,and also repercussive and anti-inflammatory effects.Methods:With two kinds of pain model,two kinds of inflammatory model and one itchy model,the treatments were carried experimentally with the liquid and some therapeutic effect were studied as well.Results:The agalgesic experiment showed that xiao-you liquid could prolong the spell of mice anti-heat,decrease the twisting reaction times caused by acetic acid.Xiao-you liquid could efficiently prevented ear's swelling of mice and the acute inflammation induced by carrageenan.The allergic pruritic tolerance in guinea pigs was increased.Conclusion:The pain-relieving,itch-relieving and anti-inflammatory effects with the liquid had been verified,and the experimental bases for clinic application have been provided. |
