摘    要:目的:探讨残余性青光眼的治疗方法及远期疗效。方法对56例(56眼)原发性青光眼在我院行复合式小梁切除术后眼压不降病例的临床资料进行分析,依据不同情况制订个体化的治疗方法。结果56例(56眼)残余性青光眼,用1~2种局部降眼压药控制眼压9眼(16.1%),再次行滤过手术28眼(50.0%),青光眼白内障联合手术12眼(21.4%),引流物植入术7眼(12.5%)。随访1年~3年,45眼(80.4%)眼压能控制在21 mm Hg以下,42眼(75.0%)视野无进行性损害。结论对残余性青光眼的治疗,如能根据不同原因采用个性化的治疗方法,仍可最大限度地保留现存视功能,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To summarize and analysis the case of remnant glaucoma and observe the long term effect. Methods To summarize and analysis 56 cases (56 eyes)of primary glaucoma although after operation of compound trabeculectomy but the intraocular pressure not reduced in our hospital,and to develop personalized treatment method according to the different cases. Results The 56 cases(56 eyes)of remnant glaucoma,by 1-2 ocular hypotensive agents in 9eyes(16.1%),to operated the second filtering operation in 28 eyes(50.0%),combined cataract and glaucoma operation in 12 eyes(21.4%),to operated tube shunt in 7 eyes(12.5%).After 1 year to 3 years followed-up,the intraocular pressure of 45 eyes (80.4%)were controlled lower than 21.0 mmHg,visual field of 42 eyes (75.0%)were not Progressive damaged. Conclusions According to the therapy of remnant glaucoma,if personalized treatment was used,the existing visual function was kept to the utmost extent and to improve the living quality of patients.
