摘    要:本文报告了用D-氨基半乳糖诱发急性肝炎动物模型,以琥珀酸羟基哌喹治疗30天,通过ALT、AST及淋巴细胞转化率测定和肝脏病理观察结果表明,琥珀酸羟基哌喹能增强细胞免疫功能,减轻肝脏病变程度和捉进实验性肝炎的恢复。

Abstract:An experiment of treatment with hydroxypiperaquine succinate on the acute hepatic injuries induced by D-galactosamine were observed. The level of ALT, AST and lymphoblastic transformation were evaluated, and the liver specimens were investigated microscopically. The results showed that the hydroxypiperaquine succinate can enhance the cellular immunization, and can lighten the pathological changes of liver and promote the recovery from hepatitis.
