Abstract: | Sclerochoroidal calcification is an uncommon ocular condition usually seen in elderly patients. Lesions are typically bilateral and observed in the mid-peripheral fundus, frequently near the superotemporal arcade. It is often an incidental finding, observed as multiple ill-defined, elevated yellow plaque-like lesions, in otherwise asymptomatic patients. |
