| 摘 要： | 目的:研究增殖诱导配体(APRIL)及其受体B细胞成熟抗原(BCMA)和穿膜蛋白活化物(TACI)mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达,探讨其临床病理意义。方法:收集30例胃癌及相应癌旁正常胃组织,应用RT-PCR检测APRIL及其受体mRNA在胃癌及癌旁胃组织中的表达。结果:胃癌组织APRILmRNA阳性率(26/30,86.7%)明显高于癌旁胃正常组织(12/30,40.0%)(P<0.01),在肠型胃癌中的表达高于弥漫型(P<0.05),与年龄、性别、病灶大小、临床病理分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移等因素无关。而APRIL受体mRNA在胃癌和癌旁胃组织中表达无差异,且与年龄、性别、病灶大小、临床病理分型和分期、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移等因素无关。结论:APRILmRNA异常表达与肠型胃癌的发生有关,检测其表达水平有助于胃癌的早期诊断。
