The patient was female, 29 years old, Han Nationality and married.Chief complaints: An over 20 years' history of congenital heart disease. She was admitted to a hospital for brain abscess operation in April 2006.During the hospitalization, color echocardiography showed a pulmonary transvalvar gradient of 134 mmHg, suggesting pulmonary valve stenosis. The patient was admitted to the department of cardiothoracic surgery in the present hospital for treatment on August 8, 2006.
