晚期非小细胞肺癌患者血小板及血浆纤维蛋白原水平的临床意义

目的探讨血小板（PLT）计数及血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）与晚期非小细胞肺癌之间的关系及其临床意义。方法收集2011年住院的80例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者（肺癌组）和30名健康体检者（对照组）PLT计数及FIB并对两组指标进行对比分析。结果肺癌组PLT计数及FIB均高于对照组（P〈0．05）,肺癌组中血细胞计数和FIB水平在病理类型上差异无统计学意义,分期上存在统计学差异,Ⅳ期的PLT计数高于Ⅲ期（P均〈0．05）。结论对肺癌患者或者临床怀疑肺癌患者,行PLT计数及FIB检查对临床诊断和治疗预后判断有重要的意义。

Clinical significance of the platelet count and the plasma levels of fibrinogen in the patients of the advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship among the platelet count,the plasma levels of fibrinogen and the advanced Non-small cell lung cancer, and its clinical significance. Methods The platelet count and the plasma levels of fihrinogen were detected in 80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer and 30 normal controls. Results The platelet count and the plasma levels of fibrinogen of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were significantly higher than those of normal congtrols （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The platelet count and the plasma levels of fibrinogen in the patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were not related to histological classification, hut the platelet count significantly higher in the stage Ⅳ than in the stage Ⅲ. Conclusion For the patients of hmg cancer and clinical suspicion of lung cancer, the platelet count and the plasma levels of fihrinogen has important significance for the diagnosis and prognosis judgment of the disease.
