| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胶粘法在经颅前颅底修复手术中的疗效及技术要点。方法:回顾分析31例采用经颅额底入路胶粘法修复前颅底缺损的患者的临床资料。结果:31患者中无近期脑脊液漏及颅内感染的病例。对31例患者随访6～24个月,无病例发生迟发性脑脊液漏,影像学检查结果未见发生脑膜脑膨出的病例。结论:采用经颅额底入路胶粘法修复前颅底缺损具有安全可靠、操作简单、取材方便的优点,是一种实用的颅底修补方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the efficacy of anterior skull base repair surgery using medical glue. Methods：The clinical data of 31 patients underwent anterior skull base repair surgery using medical glue were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Neither leakage of cerebrospinal fluid（CSF）nor intracranial infection occured during hospitalization. All patients have been followed up for 6 to 24 months. Neither tardive leakage of CSF nor meningoencephalocele occurred in the follow-up phase. Conclusions： Anterior skull base repair surgery using medical glue is safe and convenient. |
