冠心病中医证型与冠状动脉双源CT成像相关性研究

目的通过双源CT(DSCT)与选择性冠状动脉造影(SCAG)的对比性研究,明确DSCT对冠状动脉狭窄的诊断价值;探讨DSCT与冠心病(CHD)中医证型的相关性。方法疑似CHD病人54例,分别行SCAG和DSCT检查,进行中医辨证分型,同时分析DSCT与其相关性。结果DSCT对CHD冠状动脉重度狭窄评价的敏感度、特异度及准确率分别为91.94%,98.97%及98.38%;CHD不同中医证型与DSCT显示冠状动脉病变程度与冠状动脉病变支数存在一定相关性。结论DSCT可以用于判断冠状动脉狭窄,具有较高的敏感性、特异性及准确率,特别是对重度冠状动脉狭窄;DSCT可作为CHD中医辨证分型的方便、快捷、可靠的无创性客观指标。

Correlation of TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Image of Dual-source Computed Tomography in Coronary Heart Disease

Objective To explore the correlation of TCM syndrome differentiation with the results of dual-source computed tomography(DSCT) in patients(pts) with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods TCM syndrome differentiation was applied in 54 pts with probable CHD,who were examined with both DSCT and SCAG respectively,and correlation of TCM syndrome differentiation with the results of DSCT was analyzed.Results The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of DSCT to evaluate the severe narrowing of coronary arteries was 91.94%,98.97% and 98.38%,respectively.There were some relation between TCM syndrome differentiation and degree of coronary artery lesions in CHD.Conclusion DSCT could be used to evaluate coronary artery lesions with relatively high sensitivity,specificity and accuracy,especially to severe narrowing.It could be a reliable noninvasive and objective index for TCM syndrome differentiation in CHD.
