特高龄白内障的超声乳化术临床效果

摘    要:目的观察90岁以上特高龄白内障患者超声乳化手术的安全性及效果。方法回顾性分析90岁以上白内障27例(30眼)超声乳化手术的安全性,观察术后视力及并发症。结果所有患者均能耐受手术。术后视力均较术前有明显改善,术后1月最佳矫正视力,〈0.05者2眼,0.05~0.08者1眼,0.1~0.25者6眼,0.3~0.4者12眼,≥0.5者9眼,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.32,P=0.000)。术中后囊破裂1眼,术后角膜水肿14眼。结论90岁以上特高龄患者超声乳化手术安全有效,可以提高视力,改善生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in patients over 90 years old. Methods Thirty eyes of 27 cases of cataract were treated by phaeoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. The age of the patients was over 90 years. The safety and efficacy of the operation were retrospectively analyzed. Results All of the patients could tolerate the surgery. One month after the surgery, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was at 〈 0.05 in2 eyes, at 0.05 -0.08 in 1 eye, at0.1 -0.25 in6 eyes, at0.3 -0.4 in 12 eyes, at ≥0.5 in9 eyes. The postoperative BCVA was better than that before operation (χ2 = 36. 32, P = 0. 000). The complications included intraoperative posterior capsular rupture in 1 eye, and postoperative corneal edema in 14 eyes. Conclusion Phacoemulsiflcation and intraocular lens implantation in the cataract patients over 90 years old is safe and effective, the visual acuity and life quality could be improved after operation.
