| 摘 要： | １９９２年１２月～１９９６年４月共行尸体肾移植１２例（１３次），其中并发急性肾衰１例（１／１２），超急排１例（１／１２），急排４例（４／１２），环孢素Ａ（ＣＳＡ）中毒１例（１／１２）。本文对１２例病人特点作了较详细报告，对急性肾衰、排异和环孢中毒的诊治进行讨论 |

| Abstract: | Cadaveric kidney transplantation had been performed on 12 patients (13 times) from Dec.1992 to April 1996.Hyperacute rejection in 1 patient,acute rejection in 4 patients,acute renal failure in 1 patient and cyclosporine A (CSA) toxicity in 1 patient were found.The manifestations of the 12 patients have been reported in detail.The diagnosis and management of acute rejection,acute renal failure and CSA toxicity after kidney transplantation were discussed. |
