| 摘 要： | 目的：用二阶导数光谱法测定七厘散中血竭的含量。方法：采用二阶导数光谱法,峰-峰法量取264-262nm附近峰谷间极距P来测定七厘散中血竭的含量。结果：血竭线性范围0.024～0.072mg/ml,r=0.9999,平均回收率101.2%,CV为4.7%。结论：以此法控制七厘散的内在质量,不经分离提纯,即可消除其他药的干扰。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a second order derivative spectrophotometry method for determination of the content of Resina Draconis in Qili Powder.Methods：The second order derivative spectrophotometry method was performed at the wavelength of 264-262nm.Result：Resina Draconis showed a good linear relationship within a range of 0.024-0.072mg/ml,r=0.9999.The average recovery rate was 101.2%,CV=4.7.Conclusion：The method for determination of the content of Resina Draconis in Qili Powder is simple and accurate.The method could eliminate the interference from other medicinal herbs,so the compound herbs don＇t need to be purified. |
