| 摘 要： | 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定舒肝宁注射液中绿原酸的质量。方法:DikmaC18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)流动相:甲醇-1%冰醋酸(19:81),流速:1mL/min,检测波长:327nm。结果:绿原酸的线性范围0.0625~1.0000mg/mL(r=0.9997),平均回收率为98.99%。结论:采用该法操作简便快速、结果准确,适用于舒肝宁注射液的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the qualitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in Shuganning injection by RP-HPLC.Methods：Chromatography was performed on a Dikma ODS C18 column（5 μm,4.6 mm×150 mm）.The mobile phase was methanol-1% acetic acid（19：81）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was at 327 nm.Results：The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.062 5~1.000 0 mg/mL（r=0.999 7）,and the average recovery was 98.99%（RSD=1.21%）.Conclusion：This method is simple,accurate,feasible and reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of Shuganning injection. |
