| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定降脂胶囊中靛蓝含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,分别对系统适应性、准确度、重复性、专属性、线性范围、耐用性进行了研究。结果 本方法的系统适用性、准确度、重复性、专属性、线性范围、耐用性均符合要求。结论本方法科学、合理、可行;能够用于降脂胶囊中靛蓝的测定,符合现行药典简便、快捷、准确的要求。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for determining indigo in Jiangzhi Capsule.Methods The suitability,accuracy,reproducibility,specificity,linear range and durability were studied by HPLC.Results The suitability,accuracy,reproducibility,specificity,linear range and durability of this method all met the requirements.Conclusion This method were scientific,reasonable and feasible.It can be used to determine indigo in Jiangzhi Capsule and accord with the requirements of simple,rapid and accurate in pharmacopeia. |
