| 摘 要： | 目的：分析冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的冠状动脉病变特征,加强冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者的早期治疗和预防。方法：对302例冠心病患者进行回顾性分析,并对合并糖尿病者及非糖尿病者的冠状动脉病变支数、病变范围、病变程度进行统计学分析。结果：冠心病合并2型糖尿病组与非糖尿病组相比,弥漫性病变、分叉病变、开口病变与小血管病变显著增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,多支血管病变发生率显著增高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;但在病变程度上,两组差异无统计学意义。结论：糖尿病与冠心病的关系密切;冠心病合并2型糖尿病患者以多支病变、弥漫性病变、分叉病变、开口病变与小血管病变为特征;糖尿病的早期诊断与治疗、重视糖尿病心血管并发症的预防,对提高冠心病患者的生存质量、改善其预后有重要意义。
