致康胶囊治疗宫颈糜烂微波术后阴道出血121例

目的:观察和评价致康胶囊对宫颈糜烂微波治疗后阴道出血和排液的临床疗效。方法:治疗组61例宫颈局部使用致康胶囊药粉(三七、人参、黄连、白及、血竭等),对照组60例宫颈局部使用云南白药,两组疗程均为3~5d。结果:两组对宫颈糜烂微波治疗后阴道出血的总有效率分别为95.00%、93.33%,疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组对宫颈糜烂微波治疗后阴道排液的有效率分别为83.56%、55.00%,疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:致康胶囊能减少宫颈糜烂微波治疗后阴道出血和排液,有促进组织修复、消肿生肌的功效。
