摘    要:
目的 访谈综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎收治专区护士长的工作体验,为进一步改进临床护理管理工作提供依据。方法 采用目的抽样法,选取湖北省武汉市某三级甲等综合性医院新型冠状病毒肺炎收治专区的11名护士长进行半结构式的深度访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果 综合医院新型冠状病毒肺炎收治专区护士长工作体验共提炼3个主题:情感体验(心理矛盾、心理适应、心理顾虑),行为体验(岗位胜任、专业素养、工作挑战),认知体验(职业认知、职业规划)。结论 医院管理者应关注感染专区护士长的心理健康状态,帮助强化其管理能力和专业技能,提高职业认同感和工作积极性,进而改善感染专区临床护理管理质量。

Abstract:
Objective To conduct interview for working experience of head nurses in COVID-19 wards in general hospital, and to provide reference for further improvement of clinical nursing management. Methods With objective sampling, 11 head nurses in COVID-19 wards in a tertiary grade-A hospital in Wuhan were selected for semi-structured in-depth interview, and the data were analyzed by the method of Colaizzi 7-step analysis. Results Three themes were abstracted including emotional experience (psychological contradiction, psychological adaptation, and psychological concern), behavioral experience (post competence, professional quality and job challenge), and cognitive experience (career cognition and career planning). Conclusion Hospital managers should pay attention to the mental health of head nurses in infectious disease wards and help to strengthen their management competence and professional skills, improve their professional identity and work enthusiasm, and then improve the quality of clinical nursing management in infectious disease wards.
