MMP-2和 VEGF 在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的:观察基质金属蛋白酶-2( MMP-2)及血管内皮生长因子( VEGF)蛋白在卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学检测技术,检测60例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织及20例正常卵巢组织中MMP-2及VEGF蛋白的表达,并分析其表达与临床病理之间的关系。结果 MMP-2和 VEGF 在上皮性卵巢癌症中的阳性表达率分别为65.0%和75.0%,显著高于正常卵巢组织(χ2值分别为9.697、4.252,均P<0.05)。 MMP-2和VEGF在高分化、中分化及低分化卵巢上皮性肿瘤中的阳性表达率均存在差异,但无统计学意义(χ2值分别为1.959、2.104,均P>0.05),即随着组织分化级别的降低,MMP-2和VEGF的阳性表达率在升高。上皮性卵巢癌患者中MMP-2和VEGF蛋白表达呈显著正相关(r=0.464,P<0.05)。结论MMP-2及VEGF对卵巢上皮性肿瘤的诊断有参考意义,并且在卵巢上皮性肿瘤的浸润转移中可能发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in epithelial ovarian tumors, and explore their clinical significance.Methods The expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF protein in tissues of 60 cases with epithelial ovarian tumors and in tissues of 20 cases with normal ovarian were detected by immunohistochemical technology, and their relationship with clinical pathology were analyzed.Results The positive expressions of MMP-2 and VEGF protein in epithelial ovarian carcinomas were 65.0%and 75.0%, respectively, which were significantly higher than in normal ovarian tissues (χ2 value was 9.697 and 4.252, respectively, both P〈0.05).There were differences in epithelial ovarian tumors with high differentiation, middle differentiation and low differentiation between MMP-2 and VEGF (χ2 value was 1.959 and 2.104, respectively, both P 〉0.05 ) without statistical significance.With the reduction of tissue differentiation, the positive expression rate of MMP-2 and VEGF increased.There was significant positive correlation between MMP-2 and VEGF in patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma (r=0.464, P〈0.05).Conclusion MMP-2 and VEGF have reference significance for the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian tumor, and they play an important role in invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian tumor.
