| 摘 要： | 目的:观察自拟止血方治疗肺癌咳血的临床疗效。方法:收治肺癌咳血病人63例,其中32例应用自拟止血方联合西药进行1疗程治疗,对照组31例单独应用西药进行1疗程治疗。结果:治疗组有效率96.88%,对照组有效率74.19%,P<0.05,差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:自拟止血方治疗肺癌咳血的疗效显著,且无毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of stopping bleeding decoction on lung cancer haemoptysis.Methods:63 cases were divided into two groups randomly.32 cases in treatment group were treated by stopping bleeding decoction and western medicine.31 cases in control group were treated by only western medicine.Five days as a period of treatment,one period in succession.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 96.88% and 74.19% respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:The effect of stopping bleeding decoction on lung cancer haemoptysis was significant.It has not poisonous and side-effcet. |
