散结乳宁膏外敷治疗乳腺增生症痰瘀互结型临床研究

目的:观察散结乳宁膏外敷治疗乳腺增生症痰瘀互结型的临床效果。方法:60例按随机数字表法分为两组各30例。治疗组予以散结乳宁膏外敷治疗,对照组予以消乳散结胶囊口服。结果:总有效率治疗组96.7%,对照组80.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组肿块大小、范围、触痛、主观疼痛、结节BI-RADS分级评分以及腺体厚度均改善,而治疗组肿块大小、范围、触痛及主观疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),结节BI-RADS分级评分和腺体厚度改变与对照组相当(P>0.05)。两组均无不良反应发生。结论:散结乳宁膏外敷治疗乳腺增生症痰瘀互结型疗效较好。

A Clinical Study on External Application of Sanjie Runing Ointment in Treatment of Hyperplasia of Mammary Gglands with Mutual Accumulation of Phlegm and Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external application of Sanjie Runing Ointment in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received external application of Sanjie Runing ointment while the control group received oral administration of Xiaoru Sanjie capsule.Results:The total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 80.0%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the tumor size,range,tenderness,subjective pain,nodule BI-RADS grading score,and gland thickness were improved in the two groups,and the tumor size,range,tenderness and subjective pain scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nodule BI-RADS grading score and the change of gland thickness were equivalent to those of the control group(P>0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:The external application of Sanjie Runing ointment has a better effect in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands.
