| 摘 要： | 该研究通过收集2019年1—6月医院低值耗材的发出数据,按照ABC分类法进行统计分析,并采用周转率、周转天数等财务指标进行衡量评价,对于不同种类(A、B、C类)的低值耗材采取不同的管理措施,同时提出整体建议以提高低值仓库的管理效率,避免库存积压。

| Abstract: | In this study,the distribution data of low-value consumables in the hospital from January to June in 2019 were collected and analyzed statistically according to the ABC-classification.Besides,the data was evaluated utilizing financial indicators such as turnover rate and turnover days.Different types of low-value consumables,such as type A/B/C,were managed by different management measures.Finally,it put forward overall recommendations to improve the efficiency of low-value storehouse management and avoid inventory backlogs. |
