| 摘 要： | 随着辅助生殖技术的不断发展,生殖医学领域已不再单纯追求临床妊娠率的提高。越来越多的学者认为选择性单胚胎移植(eSET)既不影响整体成功率,又可以显著降低多胎妊娠。应用eSET已成为全球的发展趋势,但仍有诸多阻碍如患者偏好、胚胎筛选、经济因素等。本文将对选择性单胚胎移植的研究现状进行综述,为推动其广泛应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of assisted reproductive technology in recent years,the field of reproductive medicine no longer only pursues to improve the clinical pregnancy rate.More and more researchers believe that elective single embryo transfer(eSET)can significantly reduce multiple pregnancy without compromising the overall success rate.The application of eSET has become a global trend,but there are still some barriers such as patient preference,embryo selection,and economic factors.This paper reviews the recent progress on elective single embryo transfer to provide reference for its wider application. |
