膝关节交叉韧带损伤的MRI诊断

目的探讨MRI对膝关节交叉韧带损伤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析25例经手术或关节镜证实的前后交叉韧带损伤患者,MR采用SE、TSE矢状位、冠状位及横断位T1WI、T2WI及STIR。结果25例前后交叉韧带损伤中,部分性撕裂16例,完全性撕裂9例。MRI诊断交叉韧带部分性撕裂及完全性撕裂的准确率分别为87.5%和88.9%。结论MR能较准确地诊断膝关节前后交叉韧带损伤及其并发症,为临床制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。

MRI diagnosis of the cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint

Objective To assess the value of MR imaging in diagnosis of the cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint.Methods The 25 patients with cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint who had undergone operation or arthroscopy of the knee joint were reviewed restrospectively.Sagittal,coronal and axial scanning with SE,TSE sequence(T1WI,T2WI,STIR) were performed.Results In the 25 cases with cruciate ligament injury,there was partial tear in 16 cases and complete tear in 9.The accuracy of diagnosis of partial and complete cruciate ligament tears was 87.5%,88.9% respectively.Conclusion MRI can accuratly display the ligament injury of the knee joint as well as its complication.It is important for the preoperative treatment planning.
