摘 要: | 目的:初步探讨Lactuside B的抗脑缺血作用。方法:采用小鼠断头法,测定小鼠喘气时间;采用大鼠不完全性脑缺血模型,测定大鼠脑组织的含水量、MDA、SOD和NO值。结果:Lactuside B各剂量组均能明显延长小鼠断头张口喘气时间;Lactuside B各剂量组能显著降低脑缺血后脑组织的含水量,其中高剂量组强于阳性药物对照组;Lactuside B各剂量组能显著降低脑缺血后脑组织MDA的含量,升高SOD和NO的含量。该药高剂量组对NO的升高作用优于尼莫地平。结论:Lactuside B具有较好的抗脑缺血作用。

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of Lactuside B against brain ischemia. Methods:The gasping time was estimated, the activity of SOD,NO and content of MDA Were measured. Results:All drug groups markedly prolonged the survival time;All groups of Lactuside B could significantly decrease content of water in the brain tissue, 50 mg/kg of Lactuside B was superior to that of the drug control group (Nimodipine) ; Every groups of Lactuside B could notably rise MDA and NO Content. Effects of 50 mg/kg of Lactuside B was superior to that of the drug control group(Nimodipine). Conclusion: Lactuside B has the effect of anti-cerebral ischemia. |
