扩张型心肌病患者心电图与超声心动图的相关性研究分析

目的探讨扩张型心肌病患者的心电图与超声心动图之间的关系。方法选择我院2009年4月至2010年6月接收的采用用心电图和超声心动图检查扩张型心肌病患者50例,对其治疗方法、心电图以及超声心动图等资料进行回顾性分析,并分析心电图与超声心动图之间的关系。结果超声心动图检查显示左室收缩末期内径和左室舒张末期内径明显增加,心电图检查结果显示QRS间期加宽。心率与左室舒张末期内径呈正相关(r=0.412,P<0.05),检测患有窦性心律的病例的PR间期与室间隔的厚度呈负相关(r=-0.59,P<0.05)。而QT与心脏超声检查相关指标均无相关性。QRS间期与左室舒张末内径和左室收缩末内径呈正相关(r=O.52和0.45,P<0.05)。结论随着扩张型心肌病病情不断发展,心房、房室传导系统和左心室会出现严重的传导障碍,当患者出现扩张型心肌病类似异常症状时是应及时心电图和X线检查,然后进行心脏超声检查确诊,尽早进行相应治疗,从而提高患者的生存率。

The Correlation Analysis of Electrocardiogram and Echocardiography in Eilated Cardiomyopathy

objective To explore the correlation of electrocardiogram and echocardiography in dilated cardiomyopathy.Methods Select in April 2009-June 2010 dilated cardiomyopathy patients 50 case,the method of treatment,electrocardiogram and echocardiography and other data were analyzed,and analyze the relationship between echocardiography and electrocardiogram.Results Echocardiographic examination showed left ventricular end systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter increased significantly,electrocardiogram examination show that QRS stage widened.Heart rate and left ventricular end-diastolic positive correlation between inner diameter（r = 0.412,P 0.05）,detection with sinus rhythm of cases PR period and the thickness of the septal showed negative correlation（r=0.59,P0.05）.And QT and heart ultrasound examination of the relevant indicators are unrelated.QRS showed positive correlation with left ventricular end-diastolic inside diameter and left ventricular shrink diameter（r =0.52 and 0.45,P0.05）.Conclusion With dilated cardiomyopathy development,atrium,a trial ventricular conductive system and left entricular will appear serious conduction block,when patients experienced an expansionary cardiomyopathy similar symptoms should be timely is abnormal ECG and X-ray,and then make the heart ultrasound diagnosis,corresponding treatment as soon as possible,so as to improve the survival rate of the patients.
