25例妊娠合并甲亢患者的妊娠结局临床分析

目的对妊娠合并甲亢患者的分娩方式、妊娠结局进行分析,提高对妊娠合并甲亢的认识,关注母胎健康。方法选取我院25例妊娠合并甲亢的待产患者,对其妊娠结局进行回顾性分析。结果 25例患者中有两例胎死宫内,1例发生甲亢危象,15例剖宫产手术终止妊娠,10例经阴道分娩。结论应重视妊娠期甲亢患者的诊断与治疗,合理选择分娩方式,及时终止妊娠,避免不良妊娠结局的发生。

Clinical Analysis of 25 Cases of Pregnancy with the Pregnancy Outcomes of Patients with Hyperthyroidism

Objective To make clinical analysis of pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism and set basis for prenatal treatment and prevention for bad outcoms.Methods Retrospective research was made to analyze the clinical data of 25 cases of pregnancy complicated with hyperthyroidism.Results 8 cases of these 25 patients suffered from hypertension,2 cases suffered from stillbirth,1 of the heavy cases suffered from thyroid storm.Conclusion Attention should be paid to the diagnosis of p regnancy complicated with hyper-thyroidism,and appropriate surveillance of heavy cases should be improved in order to decrease the occurrence of maligent pregnancy outcome and to improve prognosis of mothers and fetuses.
