护理干预结合结肠灵保留灌肠对UC急性期治疗的临床观察

目的探讨护理干预结合结肠灵保留灌肠对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)急性期患者治疗的方法及效果。方法将我科近期收治的80例UC急性期患者,采用随机数表法平均分为2组,对照组行柳氮磺胺呲啶治疗,实验组行结肠灵保留灌肠治疗。对患者进行护理干预并随访1～2月,对比观察两组疗效和CRP、GMP-140变化。结果随访期间两组内相比,治疗后患者的CRP、GMP-140变化均优于治疗前(P<0.05);两组间相比,治疗后实验组患者的临床疗效和CRP、GMP-140积分变化均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用护理干预结合结肠灵保留灌肠治疗UC急性期,可以显著提高患者临床疗效,改善其CRP、GMP-140等临床指标。

Clinical Observation of Nursing Intervention with Colon Spirit to Retain the Enema Treatment of the Acute Phase of UC

Objective To explore spiritual care intervention with colon enema for ulcerative colitis（UC） in patients with acute treatment methods and results.Methods Our department recently treated 80 cases of acute UC patients,using a random number table method were divided into 2 groups,control group sulfasalazine pyridine treatment,experimental group underwent colon Ling retention enema.Follow-up care of patients and 1-2 months were observed comparing the efficacy and CRP,GMP-140 changes.Results During follow-up compared in two groups after treatment,the patient＇s CRP,GMP-140 changes are better than before treatment（P0.05）;between the two groups compared to the experimental group after treatment,the clinical efficacy and CRP,GMP-140 points change than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of nursing intervention in UC colon Ling acute retention enema,can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,improve their CRP,GMP-140 and other clinical indicators.
