| 摘 要： | 目的探讨用利凡诺配伍米非司酮终止瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的效果。方法选择妊娠12~28周要求引产的瘢痕子宫孕妇98例行羊膜腔内利凡诺注射引产术,同时空腹顿服米非司酮200mg。结果 98例瘢痕子宫孕妇72h内全部经阴道分娩,获得成功。结论用利凡诺配伍米非司酮是瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产安全而有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective Explore with rivanol in combination with mifepristone to terminate pregnancy in the mid of the scarred uterus effect. Methods Select pregnancy scar the uterus of pregnant women 12 to 28 weeks required induction of labor within the 98 routine amniotic rivanol injection of induction of labor, at the same time, taken on an empty stomach mifepristone 200rag. Results 98 cases of scar the uterus of pregnant women within 72 hours of all i vaginal deliveries.
