慢性心力衰竭发作频率的相关因素调查分析

目的探讨慢性心力衰竭患者心力衰竭发作频率的相关因素。方法对60例急诊留观的慢性心力衰竭患者进行调查，包括心力衰竭发作频率和心力衰竭发病诱因，采用自我护理行为和家庭关怀度问卷对其调查，并分析发作频率的影响因素。结果60例慢性心力衰竭患者心力衰竭发作频率中位数为1．47次／年，发病诱因（4．00±1．47）条，自我护理行为得分为（6．35±2．56）分，家庭功能得分为（6．73±2．75）分。多元回归分析结果显示，仅年龄与慢性心力衰竭发作频率呈显著相关。结论建议对高龄慢性心力衰竭患者加强预防心力衰竭发作的针对性健康教育。

Analysis of factors related to the attack frequency in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective To explore the related factors of the attack frequency of heart failure in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods A total of 60 CHF patients in emergency observation rooms were investigated about the attack frequency of heart failure and the causes with self - care behaviors and family function inventory. Then the related factors of the attack frequency were analyzed. Results Among the 60 patients, the median of attack frequency of heart failure was 1.47 per year, the number of causes was （4.00 ± 1.47 ）, the score of self - care behavior was （ 6.35 ±2.56 ） and the score of family function was （ 6.73 ± 2.75 ）. Multiple regression analysis showed that only age was significantly correlated with the attack frequency of CHF. Conclusion It is very important to strengthen specific education about prevention of CHF for old people.
