射频消融治疗风湿性心脏病术后房颤的疗效分析

目的探讨射频消融(RFA)在治疗伴有心房颤动的风湿性心脏病中的临床疗效分析。方法随机选取我院在2008年7月至2010年10月以来,采用射频消融方法治疗的31例伴有心房颤动的风湿性心脏病患者为研究对象,研究其射频消融手术的临床效果。结果所有病例的RFA手术都顺利的完成,所有的患者在术后都立即恢复了窦性心律,且没有出现高度的房室传导阻滞。31例患者中只有1例在术后2d和2例在术后4d内都因低心排而死,其余的患者都痊愈出院,且平均的住院时间为(9.6±2.7)d。对出院的28例患者进行术后随访,平均随访时间达到(7.2±2.1)个月,随访结果显示27例患者维持窦性心律,另一个患者为AF心律,且没有脑卒中和死亡现象的发生。结论射频消融(RFA)在治疗伴有心房颤动的风湿性心脏病疗效优良,成功率高值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Atrial Fibrillation of Rheumatic Heart Disease by the Radiofrequency Ablation Treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of atrial fibrillation in rheumatic heart disease by the radio frequency ablation（RFA） treatment.Methods randomly selected 31 patients with atrial fibrillation in rheumatic heart disease treated with radiofrequency ablation in our hospital between July 2008 to October 2010,to study the clinical effects of theof radiofrequency surgery.Results RFA surgery in all cases were successful and completed,all patients immediately after surgery to restore the sinus rhythm,and a high degree of atrioventricular block.Only one cases of 31 patients in the two days after two cases after 4 days due to low cardiac row died,the remaining patients were discharged,and the average length of stay（9.6±2.7） days.28 patients discharged were followed up for an average follow-up time（7.2±2.1） months follow-up results of 27 patients to maintain sinus rhythm,and the other in patients with AF rhythm,and the occurrence of stroke and death phenomena.Conclusion As it＇s good clinical efficacy of radiofrequency ablation（RFA） in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease associated with atrial fibrillation,and the success rate,it＇s worthy of clinical use.
