| 摘 要： | 目的探讨婴儿反复喘息与过敏反应之间的关系以及食物回避疗法治疗奶粉喂养、频繁喘息发作婴儿的疗效。方法通过测定过敏原特异性IgE及食物回避、食物激发试验诊断食物过敏,对奶粉喂养、频繁喘息发作婴儿进行食物回避疗法治疗。结果 89例反复喘息的婴儿中,过敏原特异性IgE检测牛奶阳性12例,食物回避、食物激发试验发现牛奶过敏7例。对奶粉喂养、频繁喘息发作婴儿,食物回避疗法治疗效果明显。结论反复喘息发作的婴儿中,牛奶过敏发生率高;机体内免疫机制复杂,食物回避、食物激发试验可作为食物过敏的诊断手段;对奶粉喂养、频繁喘息发作的婴儿,食物回避疗法可取得明显疗效。
