盐酸川芎嗪在3种SPF动物皮肤上的透过作用

摘    要:
目的 通过比较盐酸川芎嗪在SPF实验动物BALB c裸鼠、KM小鼠、SD大鼠皮肤上的透过情况 ,为寻找用于体外渗透实验比较适合的SPF动物的皮肤提供依据。方法 用两室扩散池体外透皮实验装置 ,以皮肤为屏障 ,分别测定盐酸川芎嗪对不同种类、不同部位动物皮肤的渗透系数和贮库效应。结果  3种动物背部之间、腹部之间对川芎嗪的透皮吸收作用差异均有显著性 ,其中以裸鼠背、腹部的渗透系数最高 ;同一种动物背部皮肤的透皮吸收效果要优于腹部皮肤 ;BALB c裸鼠皮肤的贮库效应明显强于SD大鼠皮肤 ;每一种动物的背部皮肤的贮库效应强于腹部皮肤。结论 常用的SPF实验动物中 ,裸鼠背部皮肤做体外渗透实验较为理想。

Abstract:
Objective To compare the permeation condition of ligustrazine hydrochloride for skin of SPF laboratory animals BALB/c nude mice,KM mice and SD rats in order to give evidence of fit skin of SPF animals in the osmosis experiment in vitro. Methods An experiment installation of extrinsic permeation skin of the two room diffuse pool was used for the skin to detect the osmosis coefficient and the effect of store depot of ligustrazane hydrochloride in defferent kinds of animals. Results There was a remar kable difference in the absorbent effect of permeation skin for ligustrazine hydrochloride between back and abdomen in the three kinds of animals, among them osmosis coefficient was the highest in back and abdomen of the nude mice. The back skin absorbent effect of permeation skin was better than the abdomen skin in same kind of animals. Deposit function of BALB/c nude mice skin was better than the skin of SD rats. Deposit function of back skin was better than the abdomen in every animal. Conclusion The back skin of nude mice is more suitable for the experiment of extrinsic permeation in usual SPF laboratory animals.
