黄精炮制前后黄精多糖药理作用的研究

摘    要:本文采用动物实验的方法研究了黄精炮制前、后黄精多糖药理作用,发现其作用有延长小白鼠游泳时间和常压耐缺氧存活时间;提高血红蛋白水平和白细胞计数;增加胸腺、脾脏的重量和未成年雄性小鼠睾丸和前列腺-贮精囊的重量;提高血清中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgM、IgG的含量,比较研究发现。黄精炮制前后黄精多糖都具有相同的药理作用。

Abstract:With the animal experiment, the effects of polysaccharoses before and after processing Siberian solomonseal rhizome were studied. They could prolong both mice swim time and survival time of mice atmospheric oxytolerance. They could increase the level of Hb and the amount of WBC.They could also add both the weight of thymus,spleen and the weight of testicle, prostatovesicle of young male mice.Besides, they could increase the level of IgA, IgM, IgG in mice serum. It was discovered that the effects of polysaccharoses before and after processing Siberian solomonseal rhizome were the same.
