辛伐他汀对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

摘    要:目的观察辛伐他汀对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法将89例高血压患者随机分为2组:治疗组予辛伐他汀40 mg 1次/d口服,对照组给予常规治疗。12周后观察2组血脂、血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)水平的变化,并观察用药前后颈动脉内-中膜厚度(IMT)及肱动脉内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)和硝酸甘油介导的肱动脉内皮非依赖性舒张功能(NMD)的变化。结果治疗前后比较,治疗组血浆ET水平明显下降(P<0.01),NO水平明显升高(P<0.01),IMT及FMD明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。对照组上述指标均无明显改善(P均>0.05)。结论辛伐他汀可以改善高血压患者血管内皮功能。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the effect of simvastatin on vascular endothelium function in patients with hypertension.Methods 89 patients with hypertension were divided into 2 groups randomly: treatment group was given simvastatin 40mg once a day by oral use and control group was treated with normal methods.Level changes of blood lipids,plasma ET and NO were observed in 12 weeks later.The thickness of the intima-media(IMT) of the carotid wall,endothelial dependent dilation(flow-mediated dilation,FMD) in brachial artery,endothelium-independent dilation(nitroglycerin-mediated dilation,NMD)were observed before and after treatment.Results Compared with that beforer treatment,plasma ET was significantly reduced(P<0.01) and NO was significantly increased(P<0.01)after treatment.IMT and FMD were improved significantly(P<0.05 and P<0.01).The indexes above were not improved obviously in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Simvastatin can improve vascular endothelium function in patients with hypertension.
