| 摘 要： | 目的 测算上海市部分地区成年伤残调整期望寿命。方法 应用自报健康调查资料和HOPIT模型。结果 上海市部分地区成年人20岁伤残调整期望寿命为41.1岁。60岁成年人为8.1岁。女性因伤残损失的健康寿命年高于男性。20岁以上女性伤残调整期望寿命低于男性。结论 伴随人口老龄化伤残对健康的影响是上海面临的严峻挑战。伤残调整期望寿命是衡量疾病或伤残负担的一个有力工具。

| Abstract: | Objective To calculate the adult Disability-Adjusted Life Expectancy(DALE) in some areas of Shanghai.Methods To use self-report health data and Hierarchical Ordered Probit Model.Results In the target areas of Shanghai the DALE of adults aged over 20 is 41.1 years, and is 8.1 years for adults aged over 60. Females live longer but spend a higher proportion of their life disabled than do males. DALE of females over 20 is lower than that of males.Conclusion With the aging of population, the burden brought about by the disability is of an urgent issue facing Shanghai. DALE is one of the powerful means for measuring burden of disease or disability. |
