经巩膜接触式Nd:YAG激光睫状体光凝术治疗晚期青光眼

目的：探讨Nd：YAG激光对晚期青光眼的治疗效果。方法：晚期青光眼30例31眼，行Nd：YAG激光睫状体光凝手术，根据治疗前眼压高低情况确定治疗点数，术后观察眼压，视力改变及并发症，随访4年。结果：新生血管性青光眼和其它类型青光眼治疗前后眼压下降均有显著意义，P〈0．01，但二者间眼压下降无显著性差异，P〉0．05。结论：Nd：YAG激光对晚期新生血管性青光眼和非新生血管性青光眼均有很好疗效，且操作简单，安全，值得在临床上推广应用。

Transscleral contact Nd:YAG laser cyclophotocoagulation for glaucoma

Objective To evaluate the effect of Nd:YA G las er for transscleral contact cyclophotocoagulation in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods Thirty-one eyes of 30 glaucoma patients were treated wi th Nd:YAG laser. The treatment sports were determined by intraocular pressure le vel. The intraocular pressure, visual acuity and complication were observed in t he 4-year follow-up.Results The intraocular pressure in both neovascular glaucoma and other type refractory glaucoma was lowered significantl y after treatment (P<0.01). The successful rate was similar in both neovascu lar glaucoma and other type refractory glaucoma(P>0.05). Conclusion Transscleral contact Nd:YAG laser cyclophotocoagulation is a safe, effec tive procedure to reduce the intraocular pressure in the treatment of refracti ve glaucoma.
