| 摘 要： | 目的：观察穴位刺激引起的皮肤血浆蛋白渗出的变化。方法和结果：电刺激一侧足三里穴，经背根反射和轴突反射引起双侧后肢循足阳明胃经走行的皮肤神经源性炎症反应。如果实验前6d预先给穴位注射辣椒辣素，则电刺激穴位后上述反应不再出现。结论：穴位刺激引起的皮肤神经源性炎症反应是由辣椒辣素敏感的传入纤维介导的，神经源性炎症反应可作为研究经络活动的一种新途径。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the changes of plasma extravasation in skin following electrical stimulation at acupoint Zusanli (ST36).Methods and Results When unilateral Zusanli (ST 36) was stimulated electrically, the neurogenic inflammation exhibited on the skin along the stomach meridian of foot-yangming through dorsal root reflex and axon reflex. If capsaicin was injected into this acupoint 6 days before experiment, the above phenomenon did not appear.Conclusion The neurogenic inflammation along the meridian was mediated by capsaicin-sensitive afferent fibers, which provides a new approach to acupuncture and meridian study. |
