糖尿病性神经病变的运动诱发电位研究

摘    要:目的 探讨糖尿病运动神经中枢及神经根,周围神经功能。方法 应用经皮层,脊髓电刺激运动诱发电位对50例DM进行观察。结果 异常率82%,表现皮层,脊髓刺激MEP潜伏期延迟,波形分化欠佳。部分伴有CMET异常,MEP异常率与病程长短呈正相关;空腹血糖水平对MEP结果无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To study the function of motor nerve center,nerve root and peripheral nerve in patients with diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Motor evoked potentials (MEP) by electrostimulation of cerebral cortex and spinal cord and nerve conduction velocity (NCV) were performed in 50 patients with DM. Results The abnormal rate of MEP was 82% (41/50). The main changes were the prolonged latency and nuclear wave form. Central motor conduction time (CMCT) was prolonged in six patients. There was positive correlation between the course of disease and the abnormal rate of MEP. There was no significant relation between the result of MEP and the level of fasting blood sugar. The abnormal rate of NCV was 75% (15/20), the main changes were prolonged motor conduction velocity (MCV) and sensory conduction velocity (SCV). Conclusion Abnormalities of pyramidal tract, nerve root and peripheral nerve may occur in patients with DM. MEP and NCV examinations may provide objective indexes for function of nerve system in patients with DM.
