| 摘 要： | 目的 检测紧密连接蛋白Claudin-1在人类大肠癌细胞株中表达。方法 采用激光共聚集显微镜检测Claudin-1在3株不同转移潜能人类大肠癌细胞株中的表达。结果 Claudin-1在 SW1116（Dukes' type A期）为细胞膜、细胞浆表达；SW480（Dukes' type B期）以细胞浆表达为主；SW620（Dukes' type C期）细胞表达部位为细胞核、细胞浆表达。结论 Claudin-1 的表达部位随着大肠癌的进展出现异位，即Claudin-1由细胞表面膜转移至细胞浆和细胞核。【关键词】 大肠癌; Claudin-1; 激光共聚集显微镜 |

STUDY THE EXPRESSION OF CLAUDIN-1 IN HUMAN COLORECTAL CARCINOMA CELL LINES BY LASER SCANNING CONFOCAL MICROSCOPE |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate expression of Claudin-1 in human colorectal tumor cell lines.Methods:The expression of Claudin-1 in three different tumor stage of human colorectal carcinoma cell lines was investigated by Laser scanning confocal microscope.Result: Claudin-1 was mainly expressed in the cytomembrane and cytoplasma in SW1116(Dukes’ type A), and in the cytoplasma in SW480(Dukes’ type B),in the nucleus and cytoplasma in SW620 cell(Dukes’ type B). Conclusion:With the develop of CRCs, the expression of Claudin-1 was mislocalized from cytomembrane to cytoplasm and nucleus. |
