| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)治疗广基结直肠息肉的护理方法。方法对17例广基结直肠息肉患者行ESD治疗,护理方法包括进行充分的术前准备,术中配合及术后病情观察。结果所有患者均一次性剥离病灶,其中术后延迟出血1例,予内镜下成功止血,术中穿孔1例,行内镜下钛夹夹闭治疗,术后恢复良好。结论精心的围术期护理配合,有助于手术的顺利进行,可降低患者的并发症发生率,加速疾病的康复。 |

| Abstract: | Obiective To explore the nursing method for the treatment of wide base colorectal polyp by endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).Methods 17 patients with wide base colorectal polyp were treated with ESD and relevant nursing services such as sufficient preoperative preparation,intraoperative nursing cooperation as well as postoperative observation.Results All the patients′colorectal polyps were successfully resected for only one time.One patient with postoperative delayed bleeding was cured by endoscopic hemostasis;one patient with intraoperative perforation was cured by endoscopic titanium clip occlusion therapy.Conclusion Meticulous perioperative nursing cooperation can ensure the smooth process of operation,reduce the incidence rate of complications and promote the rehabilitations of patients. |
