| 摘 要： | 目的：制作PPO的单克隆抗体并研究其在恶性黑色素瘤中的表达。方法：利用细胞融合法制作单克隆抗体,蛋白免疫电泳法检测单克隆抗体,免疫组化法研究PPO基因在恶性黑色素瘤中的表达情况。结果：制作了PPO基因的特异性单克隆抗体,在恶性黑色素瘤中有过表达。结论：PPO抗体是一种特异性的抗体,该抗体对恶性黑色素瘤的检测有特异性。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare the monoclonal antibody of PPO and study the expression in malignant melanoma. METHODS: The monoclonal antibody of QPO was produced by cell fusion and identified by Western blotting and the expression of malignant melanoma was studied by the immune histochemical technique. RESULTS: The monoclonal antibody of PPO was prepared and it was overexpressed in malignant melanoma. CONCLUSION: The monoclonal antibody of PPO was a specific antibody and overexpressed in malignant melanoma. |
